These are specially crafted events. If you sign up and are late, don’t show, or have to cancel, know that most events are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferrable*.

Plan ahead. Give yourself time to park. Add an extra 15 minutes to any travels times. It’ll be worth it.

You can understand that if you sign up, you’ve taken a spot from someone else. The event coordinators have spent time and resources on your participation that they cannot recoup if you don’t show or cancel. Each event is a little ecosystem, and if you don’t do your part, it affects everyone. In other words: you matter!

If you can’t fully commit to an event, please leave that spot open for someone else and join us when the time is right—we have loads of events in the works.

Minimal to no phone use is encouraged for most events*. When in doubt, ask first.
